Newton B. Aaron, III
Newt began his career in the construction industry in 1965 with Brice Building in Birmingham, AL where he rose to Executive VP of Construction Operations. After leaving Brice in 1981, he worked for both Days Inn of America and Holiday Inns where he managed design, construction, and FF&E for over 70 hotels across the U.S. In 1991, Newt took the experience gained as a general contractor and in-house owner's representative and began construction and project management services on a consulting basis.

In 2000, Ryan entered the construction industry after completing graduate level studies at Georgia Tech. Working in the Atlanta and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas, Ryan gained solid office and field experience working on mid-size to large commerical construction projects. Since joining A&C in 2004, Ryan has become a key player in managing design, construction, and FF&E systems for A&C's clients.

Phyllis Barron Aaron
Following a career in the banking business, Phyllis joined A&C in 1997. Through her work in retail banking, consumer and commercial lending, and training and development, she gained valuable knowledge and skills that are used to support the firm and Owners on a daily basis. In addition, Phyllis has led museum design, fabrication, and installation project management efforts since 2004.
